Sooooo disappointed in AG's new saddle shoes

I have had Molly's saddle shoes for quite a few years now and they look exactly like the new style picture. They have brown soles. They fit perfectly over socks and I think they look great with Molly's meet outfit and some of her other outfits.

The photo of the original AG shoes look exactly like the pair that I have and came with the 50's sockhopper outfit.

Are you sure the pair with the black bottoms are original ones? Mine are from late 80's/early 90's and don't look like any of the ones in the OP. They are quite roomy on Molly's feet, too.

I have the ones with the black sole (original AG). I got them via Ebay. I think these are the Jitterbug shoes. I also have a pair of Molly's sadddle shoes which are dark blue and white. Molly's saddl-eoxfords have always looked like "the new Ag shoes".

The nicer looking sturdier shoes Taffy labeled as original also came with the Sock hopper costume from 1998 or so. Molly's saddle shoes have always been the cheaper looking version. I've had my Molly ones since forever.

I love the saddle shoes, but I've had to glue and re-glue the soles back on. It's so annoying, and now I have to glue the soles back on the AGoT black velvet flats. Is it just me or does anyone else have this problem? I mean, I am careful with the shoes.
